Some reporter came to Gatsby's house and asked him if he had anything to say. Gatsby was confused what he was suppose to say to him he ask about what and the reporter said anything. there was also this whole like flash back thing in the book about how this man Cody had a yacht and someone was on the beach and this reporter named Ella and also Gatsby and Ella inherited this old rich mans money? i go really confused about part.
tom came to Gatsby's with a woman and man and Gatsby wanted to come to diner but they all left on horses with out him. Tom and Daisy came to Gatsby's party and they were introduced to all the celebrities and tom was mad because he was known as the polo player. Daisy liked the guy with the blue nose. they sat separate at diner and nick and her sat with the drunks and nick felt bad because it was bad but he did it because the other night nick had a good time with them but tonight was different.
also Gatsby and Daisy got to be alone outside on the steps for a half hour and it was the only good time she had the whole night.
